Upon arrival our client care specialists will offer your pets either a Feliway sprayed blanket to place over your cats carrier or an adorable printed bandana sprayed with Adaptil to place on your dogs collar. The phermones sprayed on your pets blanket and bandana will start working while your waiting in the lobby to be called into the exam room.
